Cubase 15 Pro: Spectral Separation / Stem Separator option missing (Win 11 25H2)

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently updated to Cubase 15 Pro, but I cannot find the new “Spectral Separation” (Stem Separator) feature in my menus. It doesn’t appear under the Audio menu as expected.

Here is my setup:

OS: Windows 11 Version 25H2

CPU: Intel Core i7-12700H (12th Gen)

Version: Cubase 15.0.6 Pro

I have checked the Audio menu but the option is simply not there.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Could it be related to the Windows 25H2 preview/update or a specific hardware conflict?

Thanks for your help!

looks pretty straight forward. never used this feature myself. do you have the pro version? it most certainly is present in my Cubase Pro 15

I’ve followed all the steps correctly, but I still don’t have the option.

hard to say. are you sure you have the pro version active?

Yes, I’m 100% sure, I have the other Cubase Pro features available

I have the same issue, no stem seperation

Upgraded to 15 from 14 pro

Same, and I don’t see this feature anywhere in the product. It’s literally the only reason I bought the upgrade today, to separate stems. And now I can’t. Makes no sense.

That’s cuz you have no track highlighted (from what I see).

You sure you first highlighted a mixed track? The prompt won’t appear in the menu till you do.
