Hi all , I have 2 question related to the last version of cubase.
TRACK COLOR : I’m able to color the track events and the track icon but the track name is always in grey ( Left Zone of the cubase window, where there are the project tracks). I rememebr that in Cubase 14 all the track was colored.
OUTPUT ROUTING. I want to send the output of a Virtual Instrument (Instrument Track Type ) as input of another virtual instrument track. How can I do this ?

I’m saying this from memory, but it’s in the preferences folder where you can adjust the intensity of the track colors.
Technically speaking, an instrument track is a MIDI track with an integrated sound generator (VSTi). The input is MIDI, the output is audio. The output (audio) of an instrument track therefore cannot be routed directly to the input (MIDI) of another instrument track.

So, there is no way to route audio and midi signal . My goal is to listen how some drum fills or pattern plays with the sound of another instrument for example…
You can’t say that. Of course you can route Audio to Audio and MIDI to MIDI. For example, you can route the output of an Instrument Track to the input of an Audio Track. You can even route MIDI from a MIDI Track to other MIDI or Instrument Tracks via MIDI Sends.
