when the application scaling is set to -25%, there is a gap in the editing windows in full screen. (Win 11 22H2)

By 25% is not the same as to 25%.

I am sorry. My comment was aimed at @mkok . Your message was perfectly clear, at least to me. A change by 25% is the smalles change possible to GUI scaling at the moment.
Maybe you can post a screenshot showcasing the issue.
