I have some old files from cubase 3 (arr format) created 16 years ago.

In cubase 7.5 is it possible to read these old files?

Not directly. You will need to download the SX3 version form the Steinberg FTP site, open the file in that program, save it in SX3 format and then 7.5 will open them.
