Cubase 5: Ad.Drums VST plugin on Win 8 64bit

Hi there,
I’m trying to let my Cubase 5 show Addictive Drums 1.5 plugin.
As the titles says I’m running Windows 8 64bit but both Cubase and Addictive Drums are 32bit so they are installed under Programs(x86) folder.
I copied the Addictive Drums.dll to the default path Programs(x86)\Common Files\Steinberg\VST2, but even after restarting Cubase Addictive Drums plugin is not shown.

Do you have any suggestions?

The new on-line installer for AD will place the new VST .dll files in C:\Program Files\vstplugins (for 64-bit) and C:\Program Files(x86)\vstplugins (for 32-bit). It appears you are going to “common files” first and I believe that’s why Cubase is not seeing your dll file. Instead, go to "Program Files(86)\Steinberg\VSTPlugIns\ for your dll installation.
