Cubase 5 to 9

It’s been a long time since I have been here, hence my question.

I am going to need to upgrade my Cubase 5, which is still working well for little projects and podcasts. And I see that there is no upgrade pack from 5 to 9. It’s 6 and upwards.

Does this mean that I have to buy Cubase 9 outright?
And will all my old materiel still load into cubase 9?

There is a downloadable upgrade from 5 Available in the Steinberg online shop.

The upgrade you should buy is “Update from Cubase 4 / 5 / 6 / 6.5”.

Everything should still load in Cubase 9.

I have had a look for the upgrade in the shop, but couldn’t find it. Can you send a link please?
