cubase 7 elements in 64 bit mode ?

hello, i can only see tutorials for MAC users about this topic,
how can we change cubase from 32 bits into 64 bits mode ? (in a windows 7 64 bit mode machine)

Install the 64-bit Version.

can you run both versions (32 bit and 64 bit) or do i have to uninstall the 32 bit one first ?
the license number would remain the same ?
