I recently have started using my older laptop that has cubase 7 on it. My wife set it up and since then we have moved house. New wifi is through an ethernet cable. It is not recognised by the hub. Can anybody help please. I am very new to cubase.

Do I understand you right, the left part says, it’s not connected to the internet?
Probably your antivirus or firewall is blocking the communication to the server.
I have switched off the windows defender. Is there a setting that can hamper cubase finding the Internet. Everything else is OK?
I run an ethernet so its not a WiFi issue.
I’m a bit confused to be honest. Any help would be appreciated.
