I just had 100 meg left to go and accedently prtessed the power button on my case while trying to plug a cable into the Line in jack.

Site was a little slow but file downloaded at 5.5mb/s.
installed 20 mins ago! been customizing it! going to install every 64 bit now (if possible)
now comes the dreaded vst installs!
updated my license through maintenance and then checked the grace period page
but all i get from the download link is this 
ps. the first time it started downloading but halted at about 44 megabytes and won’t load (404) since
ps2. right after posting i clicked again and it just started downloading. if someone (eg. EdDoll) did something, Thank you!
Not really… I just checked it myself and it worked. I guess this is due to the traffic at the moment.
Seems to be fixed - my download was also very fast [about 8 minutes]. I’m off for a play with Cubase 7 … 
really? i got ~10 404 errors and general slowness before that
and after about a minute (?) after posting and the download just worked!
just lucky i guess!
anyhow 11 minutes remaining, just a question though.
is it possible to make a clean install (without cubase 6.5)?
Cubase 7, downloaded, Grace Period authorized, and now running!
Immediately I’m struck by how beautiful Cubase 7 is.
Does not run reliably on XP64 anymore. 6.5 did 
and . On to win7, already have it installed only not as DAW yet.
Yes, you can still make a separate Cubase 7 installation just like before with older versions.

If I uninstall 6.5 and do a fresh install of 7, will there be any missing plugins? I mean is Cubase 7 contain all instruments and plugins found in 6.5?

Up untill this morning it said that delivery was due in 2 to 5 days.
Now it says : “Availability of this item:

Well it says right in the spec that only Win 7 and 8 are supported so dont think that this is a surprise.
Phew, I can stop banging my head.
It now says: “Not yet processed - Order will soon be commissioned and shipped.”
