cubase 7 license transfer question

hi i am going to buy used cubase 7. But both I and the seller dont know how to transfer his license to me.

for example with proppelerheads reason when you buy used reason you need to do your account and transfer
should be done from the seller’s to the buyer’s account.

please explain what the seller and i should do, step by step.
