Hi everybody I’m new here and I’ve been having a problem with the panning on Cubase 7.
With every track that I record, weather it is an audio file or a midi VST, when I pan to the left the volume increases on both channels, when I pan it hard right it dissapeares completely from both channels.
I really can’t understand why is that and I would really appreciate if somebody would take their time to offer any suggestions if not the answer to my problem.

I don’t know your setup and your connections, but from the description, I would say the problem is on the HW side, specifically in the connection of the cables. Make sure you are using proper symmetric/asymmetric cables and its connection (inside of the cables), please.
