I just upgraded to cubase 8.5 from cubase 7 and i am having issue with cubase 7 and 8.5 jamming up in start up on vst2 plugin manager and vst3 but never had this untill now,cubase load no problem from saved project but not directly opening cubase as new and suggestions

I would recommend you to update your plug-ins.
I dont understand why cause they work on all the saved projects?
