Didn`t work here - still Version 1.0.0 and no @ possible
so, apparently im not the only one having this problem. explaining slowly and clearly:
vst transit 1.0.62
the first window “login to vst transit” BEFORE (this is important) you can get to the screen to make a new vst transit account you have to login using your existing mysteinberg credentials.
for me, and i suspect many other people, this is impossible. it doesn’t recognize my mysteinberg email, account name, anything.
there does not appear to be another way in.
small footnote, the inability to enter the @ sign is a real bug but goes away if you reboot cubase (well it did for me anyway).
ive been trying to solve this for days. since customer support answers once a day it has been a very slow conversation.
update - reset password again and all working.

If you don’t mind, you might send me a PM with special characters that you used with the non-working password. Of course we don’t want your password, just which special characters you used other than a-z, A-Z and 0-9, in arbitrary order. Thanks!
