With no inserts or effects attached to any audio channels or main out, Cubase 8 sometimes crashes in the Export Audio Mixdown even with simple audio files… This happens in both real-time and non real-time export.
The window just stays on the screen 100% without any audio file created in the folder.
End process from Task Manager is required in order to quit and start over.
Specs: PC, Windows 7-64bit sp1, i7 870, quadro fx 580, ram 8gb.
