cubase 8 - where does it put all the audio files, loops etc

Hi,

Congratulations! You can’t see the content as WAV or other common audio files. The whole content is packed to save the space on your HDD.

If you want to know it anyway: are you using Mac or Windows?

If you are talking about for individual projects CB will put them in a default folder that you specify or in a new folder for each new project that you specify. The latter, in my opinion, being the best option. In that project folder CB creates (3) folders. Audio, images, and track pictures. All the stuff for that project will be found in one of those (4) folders.
