Cubase 9.0.10 is still losing preferences, I have to copy a backup to the Steinberg (users/roaming etc.) folder at least once every 2 weeks.
Can you elaborate with some specific examples?
I’m not sure what you mean but, every month or so (sometimes more frequently) when Cubase starts, it goes through it’s whole initiation process and doesn’t remember any settings, asio driver, recent files, templates etc.
I understand now. That has not happened on my PC. Except when moving clocks forward or back one hour.
That would be a drag. I guess until you figure what’s going on (I have never experienced this problem myself) it’s best to keep a file of your saved Preferences so you can load it up super quick when this happens.
Also, I need to give you props for spelling “losing” correctly – it seems to be a problem with the entire internet.
