Cubase 9.5.30 /Windows 8. Don't want to open program?

Hi, Hope someone can help me. I downloaded 9.5.30 update and install it, now cubase just don’t start up??? Don’t load at all. Try to reinstall but just don’t want to work. Please help!

If you have NVIDIA graphics card, follow this article, please.

If you have any 3rd party plug-in installed, make sure they are up to date. Or try to move them to other (not scanned) folder.

If you have any Yamaha/Steinberg Audio Device, make sure the driver and the Tools software are up to date.

Can you see the splash screen while starting? If yes, what is the last message you can see?
