I just upgraded from C 8.5 Pro to C 9.5 Pro. I downloaded from the Steinberg site.
Question: Does the Media Pack have more content than the downlaod version ? More Sounds, media data or anything else ?

Yes, every single version brings some new content too.
Be aware, if you activated your Cubase 9.5 license Oct 15th or later, you got Cubase 10 license for free thanks to the Grace Period policy.
