CUBASE 9.5 STOP when Initializing ELC

Hi

I’ve seen oth topics on this subject when never found an answer to fix my problem.
I had to reinstall all my PC / Windows and Cubase 9.5.
I install and run the ELC controller as Admin just in case
Now, when launching Cubase, the program crash when (Initialisation ELC)

Didn’t find any solution anywhere.
Could someone help me ?

Finally got the answer via the Crash Dump file in Cubase. a Nvidia…dll had to be updated with a new graphic driver.
Thx to Martin for the advise.
