Is Cubase 9 compatible with Avid’s S6 console? I’m currently on Cubase 8 because Cubase 8.5 did not work with my Avid S6 console.
This will determine whether I can upgrade to 9 or wait until the S6 is fully supported.
I made the jump to C9 anyway. While it’s a bit more friendly than C8.5 with the S6, it’s still a ways out. No automation and custom buttons show up. The only that work is the fader section and some of the mtm functions.
C8, however, works perfectly.
