I recently purchased the UR 22mkII with Cubase9 A1/Le/ Elements software. Upon set up I opened the Help Tab to research a playback issue. The next time I used the Help Tab it doesn’t respond. Any thoughts would be helpful. Very aggravating trying to get started with this software.
It this still not working?
It may have been possible that the Steinberg severs were down for a bit while you were trying to access it.
