Hi,
I just purchased the 8.5 to 9 upgrade and then downloaded the Cubase_9_Update_Installer file (windows). When I try to open the file, nothing at all happens. When I check Task Manager the program is running (though using no CPU or Memory).
I have 8.5 installed and have upgraded my license on the USB eLicenser.
Any suggestions on how to get 8.5 upgraded?
