Cubase 9 pro to 10 update problem

Hello
I have a problem with the update Cubase 9 pro to 10.
When I enter the key I get an error about eLicenser
maybe i need to change USB dongle?

Not sure if you tried to attach a pic showing the actual error but the only attachment is just the elcc screen showing your current license…hard to help without knowing what the error itself says. (Ideally in English!)

Probably not a great idea to post a pic showing your elicenser number in public either.

Where did you purchase your copy of Cubase?
