Cubase activation code for new PC is not running

I’ve been bought a new PC and my Cubase account is not running. The message is This activation code was used before, you can used only once.
I did everything. Anybody help me please!

You don’t use the Activation Code multiple times.

If you are using Cubase AI/LE/Elements with the Soft-eLicenser, go through the Reactivation process. If you are using Cubase Pro/Artist, the license sits on the USB-eLicenser. You can just plug it in and you are ready to go.

All these apply for Cubase 11 and older. Cubase 12 and newer are not using eLicenser either Activation Code. In this case, just sign in within Steinberg Activation Manager.

If you are using Cubase 11 or older, you should update to the latest version 14, as the eLicenser server is going to be closed in May 2025. Cubase LE and AI updates are for free, other are payed.
