Hi Matthias I am unable to verify my license after purchasing and upgrade from LE11 to LE14. my soft e license is listed but I get the message no upgradeable license found. also a message saying no licences on my elicenser. All problems seems to stem from the time I changed my computer. After this I trialled LE13 as I couldnât access LE11 and purchased an upgrade to LE14 when this expired. All working now but will cease in 2days if I cant verify via e licenserâŚplease help
I donât work for Steinberg, but I do know that Cubase LE is not available for purchase, since it is included with various hardware devices.
Maybe you could precise your question?
Also, have you opened the Steinberg Activation Manager on your computer? That is where the license would reside.
The products I refer to are elements 13 which I trialled and cubase 14 which I purchased. At trial end I went to buy now and was offered options and chose to upgrade from my original LE11. I have found the soft e licence but it states no products on it and not available for upgrade. I am thinking now I may have purchased the wrong upgrade as it did it from my LE11 âŚshould I have purchased an upgrade from the elements 13 which I had trialled . Has my e-license been already upgraded to elements 13 which is showing as steinberg licence product (as is the 14 I am using ) therefore e -license not upgradeable anymore)?

No, you cannot upgrade from a Trial license.
You can update any Cubase LE to the current Cubase LE 14. Because of this, I believe, you should do this first and then upgrade from Cubase LE 14 to Cubase Elements 14.
After changing my computer my LE AI elements 11 would not work . Therefore i trialled elements 13 so that I could continue working. After my trial of elements13 ended I followed the buy now option and it offered me a few choices and costs to buy elements 14. I chose upgrade from my LE AI elements11 at ÂŁ41. All ok and working until I got email saying I hadnât completed verification. Have tried all ways to do this but even though my soft e licence is listed it says no products on it so canât be upgraded. Hence my original question should i have bought the upgrade from elements13 to elements 14 at ÂŁ25. happy to do this but if I do I have wasted ÂŁ41. All I want is to have any version of cubase working which I wont have after tomorrow.
