if you still know the email adress that is associated with your account just go through the ā€œForgot my passwordā€ process and you are good to go.

I donā€™t see how they can help if you donā€™t have access to your original account email. But the advice to call support would be a quick way to make sure.

@kaspars.blazevics @Steffen_C You already have the latest license in your account. Cubase AI and LE licenses from Cubase 12 on will always be updated to the latest version. You can just download and install AI 14 via the Steinberg Download Manager.

@Benelliot, unfortunately, I canā€™t see a Cubase LE 5 registered to your account.

@Martin_Glaessgen, I have updated your license. You can now also just download install Cubase AI 14.
