Just upgraded from 13 Pro to 14 Pro version. However when it starts shows AI 14 Hub - is this correct? Thought it would show Pro 14 Hub??

How does it look like in your Steinberg Activation Manager, please?
Martin, I don’t know if you’re a Steinberg Moderator but there’s definitely a difference as shown. However, the problem has been fixed - Cubase 14 Pro wasn’t activated!!

On Mac, the Steinberg Hub window doesn’t have a name, so I can’t see it. The other window you are showing is the About screen (not the Hub).
In that case, Cubase AI started, as you own a Cubase AI license.
It’s sorted out, right?
I also get this Cubase Pro Hub title on the top left corner. See snapshot please. Is there any difference to Pro 14?
Mind you, it says Pro 14 at start up but then comes up and Pro Hub.

If you own Cubase AI license, you can see Cubase AI Hub. If you own Cubase Pro license, you can see Cubase Pro Hub.
Is the application name (Cubase Pro/AI) + the window name (Hub).

Thanks. I only have the Pro 14 and not AI. So, Pro Hub is the same as Pro 14, correct?

There is no Pro Hub or other Hub. There is only one Hub.
Pro is the Cubase edition: Cubase Pro. Hub is the name of the window.
