Cubase AI 8 and Groove Agent not there

I’m puzzled. I installed Cubase AI 8 (loving it) and I saw that Groove Agent SE was installed but it is not in my VST list.
Halion SE is there, and my other VST’s like Kontakt, etc.

The PDF manual says that it should be there but like others on this forum it’s no where to be found.

Is it a mistake that the manual says it should be there and it’s only available in higher versions of this program?

I may upgrade to Cubase Pro 8.5 anyway but I wanted to know.
