Cubase AI License from 2017 or 2018 missing from my account

Hi,

I originally received a Cubase AI license with my Yamaha THR5 and I remember registering it in 2017 or 2018. However, after downloading the manager and installing Cubase AI, it said I don’t have a license attached to my account.

Is there any way to resolve this?

you should check if you were logged in with a different email adress back then.
This is a user forum so if this doesn’t work you would have to contact support.
