Cubase AI - where do I download it?

Hi
I’ve purchased a UR242 which comes with Cubase AI but I can’t find where to download it?

I visit www.steinberg.net/getcubaseai and it redirects me to the normal product page.
Help please.

So I created my account and went to the “Register eLicenser / software & Enter Download Access Code” page.
Entered the Activation Code and I get this error message…
“Activation Code not found. Make sure that the code has been entered in the eLicenser Control Center.”

I downloaded and installed the eLicenser Control Centre and entered my activation code.
and it comes back with the message…

Please follow these instructions:

Make sure that you’re not mixing up letter “i” with number “1” and letter “o” with number “0”.
