Hello
i’ve bought a yamaha mixer with included Cubase AI6 license.
I was no able to immediately activate it due to weak usability - im a low tech person.
After lots of tentatives, i was able to download de elicencener and activate the license,
but i dont know how if i’m still able to download the AI6 version or update it to a newer one.
Through the download assistant, I’ve downloaded the 9.5 version but when insert the license code, the tool says “this code was already used, contact the sw producer for a valid code”
can someome help please?
