Cubase ARA extensions no longer able to be dragged to other Desktops on MAC OS

There was once an ability to place ARA extension editors on other MAC OS desktops separate from the main project or Mixer window. These windows would act similarly to the MIDI and audio editors. Since the last few updates, this is no longer possible. Has anyone else had this issue or found a workaround?

EX. When working in Spectral Layers One, I could drag the window for spectral layers to another desktop and seamlessly switch from the editor and project windows. You can still do this with all of the other editors just not the ARA extensions.

These editor windows also disappear within Mission Control
App Exposé.
