Cubase Artist 10 time stretching

I’m going to buy Cubase 10 Artist and was wondering, does it have time stretch? I really need time stretch to sync beats with video because I score for films. The Steinberg page says time stretch is available only in Cubase Pro 10 but I remember it being available even in elements. What’s up with that?

Hi,

You can Sizing Apply Time Stretch tool in Cubase Artist, but you can’t use Time Warp inside of the Audio event. This is Cubase Pro only.
