Hello. At this point I have no hair. My computer died. I’ve bought a new one. I’ve been told I can’t access my drive for 30 days. I’ve been trying to re-install Artist 11 without success. There seems to be an urgency about registering before 20th May. Not sure if I am. Would like to update to Artist 14. Put this mess behind me. For this illiterate any help would be helpful. Please. So what exactly have you done to reinstall it?
All you need to do is install the Download Assistant, login to your Account and install the software. The license is on your USB elicenser, that needs to be connected to the computer.
If you do not want to update your software you should make sure you have it registered at Steinberg, you can check it in your mySteinberg online profile.
For updating you also just need the eLicenser and the new Download access code, that you will get after buying the update.
