Cubase artist 8.5 external instruments

Does artist 8.5 have the external instruments tab?

It is my understanding that Artist only works with Yamaha Motif as an external instrument…so it may have the tab but it doesn’t work for other instruments.

i saw it in the cubase 7 comparison chart, but i was unsure about cubase 8/8,5
Im still not sure its worth the money to upgrade from elements 8 to cubase artist 8.5
