Cubase Artist doesn't show in my e-licencer list?

I have Cubase Elements 11, but I lately purchased Artist 11 retail with free upgrade to 12.

The retail package came with dongle but I didn’t need it, as it works without it after the install.

However, if I go to eLicenser, it shows all my Lisences I had, but not Artist or Artist 12? Shoul it be there?

No. Version 12 licenses are only in the Steinberg Activation Manager & not on the eLicenser.
