Cubase can't find "VST_Sound_Loop_Set_Dubstep_Mac"

Hi!
Today I bought VST_Sound_Loop_Set_Dubstep_Mac and installed it on my computer, but nowhere in Cubase I can’t find it(
Media Bay shows all except it.
How do I get from under Cubase access to loops of this purchase?

Did you activate it on your dongle?

I have recently purchased and installed Sequel Content Set Funky
In Cubase 8.5 and 9 all the content shows in media bay and can be used but alone amongst the content sets it does not show in media bay - Loops and samples. (the bit with the pictures)
Any Ideas, I’ve already tried a reinstall.10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254
