I recently upgraded to Cubase 14 Pro on my Windows 10 PC. I noticed that Komplete Kontrol vst3 cause Cubase to crash constantly with an nt.dll error.
I have tried every solution that users here and reddit suggested like running file checker, DISM command, a clean install of Cubase and Komplete control, java update and what not. But the problem still persists.
Komplete Ultimate is the only library I have other than Cubase stock libraries, and it’s frustrating not being able to use an expensive just bough library like Komplete.
Can someone guide me on how can I fix this please? Do I need to submit a ticket for this ? @Martin.Jirsak Can you help with a solution to this? I am attaching a crash dump here. Solving this is very critical for me.
Thanks for the reply and pointing me to those links @Martin.Jirsak .
I couldn’t understand most the discussion on those forums since a lot of it was technical or unresolved. But understood that it had something to do with the graphic card drivers. So I updated my graphic driver.
Now although the nt.dll crash has gone for the last two days, Cubase still froze and crashed a couple of times.
I have attached the last two crash dump files here. Can you take a look at them and help me identify what might be faulty this time? It might help resolve this issue further.
I am new on this forum, so big Hello to Everyone!
I have the same problem: Cubase 14 crashes with “error while executing ntdll.dll” file.
I’ ve installed brand new Win 11 > SonicCore Scope PCI > Cubase 14 > Superior Drummer 3 > Melodyne 4 > Omnisphere 2 > Trillian > Stylus RMX).
Could someone be so kind and decode my DMP file, please? Cubase 14.0.10 64bit2025.1.29 19.06.53.625.dmp (521,2 KB)
