Cubase crackling after 15-20 minutes idk

Idk why but my cubase has been making crackling noises after about 15-20 minutes of playing. I mainly use it to play with digital amp (neural dsp, amplitube) and this is hindering my practice sessions constantly. This wasnt an issue previously. i’ve changed absolutely none of the settings and my specs are:

Intel core i5 - 11260H
8 gigabytes of ddr4 ram
500 gb of NVme storage
Rtx 2050 gpu

idk whats going on so pleaseee help me out :sob:

Try to test for system by using the LatencyMon utility, please.

If you have your internet browser open(google in particular} then that can cause problems.
