Could you be more specific, please? When does it happen? Any specific steps before? Any details of your system, please?

How is your USB-eLicenser plugged to your machine? Do you use USB hub? If yes, I it an active one (charged)? Is it connected to USB 2 or USB 3 port? How old is your USB-eLicenser?
