Cubase 10 Pro and PLAY 6 is installed. When starting the Play 6 engine, a cubese crashes. Unable to work at all. Is there a solution to this problem? I know that many complain about this but I never found the answer. Also crash when I want to make the window PLAY 6 always on the top. Please help.

Make sure you have the very latest Play 6 update installed. Also make sure the iLk software and driver is up-to-date.
You can share the crash dump file to double-check, where the crash is.
Thanx for feedback. All drivers are latest version - PLAY and iLok manager. Where I can find “crash dump file”? Before this I had cubase 9.5 artist and play 5, but after update to play 6 and cubase pro 10, the program began to crash.

If you are on Windows, you can find them in the Documents/Steinberg/Crash Dumps folder.
If you are on macOS, you can find them in the macOS utility Console, User Reports folder.
