I sure hope that Presonus Studio One Professional qualifies me for the Crossgrade price to Cubase Pro, yes?
I purchased my Studio One Pro from Sweetwater Music. What will I need to do to prove my eligibility to Steinberg?

according to the list of eligible products, you can crossgrade from Studio One to Cubase Pro for 359€: Cubase Pro: Competitive Crossgrade | Steinberg
During the order process, you need to upload some kind of proof, like a scan of an invoice, and then just wait for the confirmation by Steinberg. Once approved, you can complete the purchase.

Sweetwater will take care of it for you. I crossgraded during Cubase 11 and bought mine from Sweetwater. I was ready to send in my Logic Pro proof of purchase, but I had bought Ableton Live from Sweetwater as well, and I’m guessing they just pulled my order info and verified it.
I bought my crossgrade and had everything ready to go within 24 hours. I didn’t get to use Cubase for a week however, because I had to wait for the dongle to show up from Sweetwater. You’ll be ready to go as soon as you get your codes nowadays.
