Cubase Crossover deal wait times?

I had to provide proof for the crossover. It went through at the weekend, but the email they sent contained a link to check progress but didn’t work so I logged a support case, but no response. I redid the request for the crossover discount again this time the link to check progress worked but it’s been over 2 days now and I’m wondering if it’s going to happen? Also is this the type of support you typically get?

Hi and welcome to the forum!

It might take some time for Steinberg to check if you are elegible for a crossgrade as they have to do it manually (I guess). Moreover, they probably have a lot on their plate these days due to special offers.
The support ticket system… let me put it that way: It’s not exactly a Formula One ride :snail:
But telephone support and this forum are solid options to get answers.

It’s all sorted went through today. Came back after 20 years haha. It looks a lot better now. Left ProTools and Logi, tried Presonus but not my style. all I want a good all in one and I think it’s just about there now.

Very good choice :+1: .
I tried all sorts of DAWs at one time or the other, too. Of course, it depends on what you are looking for. I can only speak for myself - nothing beats Cubase.
