Cubase does not open

I had installed Cubase 9.5 with windows 10. Unfortunately I had to format my pc and install windows 7.
I could not open cubase 9.5.
Updated and reinstalled ELisense, reinstalled several times cubase and nothing.
I have another computer; that yes with windows 10 and change the “key” there and not a problem.

Please help

Which version of Cubase is this? That’s the first thing you should have stated.

If it’s Cubase AI/LE/Elements, go to your MySteinberg account and click Reactivate.

It’s Cubase Pro 9.5, and I’ve already reactivated but I’m going to do it again.
