Cubase e-licenser doesn’t not correspond with code given from Cubase

My Cubase e-licenser is 4 characters per section, and the code given from Cubase is 5 characters per section. Please help! I can’t install Cubase.

Please, be aware of difference of Download Access Code and Activation Code.

I’ve only seen one code unless I missed one somewhere

Your download code can be entered in the steinberg download manager and will then give an auth code. You can also do it at your my steinberg account. You can fill in the downloadaccescode and it will give you the auth. code.

Hi,

The Activation Code always stats with 0240. If it doesn’t start like this, then it’s the Download Access Code. And the code is also named of course.
