What exactly do you mean, please? Does it crash while loading the template already? Or later? Does it alway crash?

What exactly do you do in the Rack Instrument? Some work in the Rack Instruments itself? Or do you edit MIDI data (routed to the Instrument)? Or, or, or…? What Instrument is it?
Is it always reproducible?
The crash itself doesn’t point to anything really concrete. Therefore it would be helpful to know as much as possible from you.
Could you try in Cubase Safe Start Mode, please?
This crash occurred, when I added outputs in rack instrument.
The same crash occurred when working in safe mode…
