Old one crashed so i could not transfer license.

elicenser Control Center does not contain the activation code.
Did maintenance update.
Step 6 Sending eLicenser info says OK but still no new Activation code.
Why would it?
What software are you talking about?
If it is Soft-eLicenser based, go through the reactivation procedure (in your MySteinberg account).
Elements 11, if I log in I can see the registered elic in products, can also see the old activation code. I need an updated elic with new number and activation code. Dit do the reactivation procedure but is want a new elic number to reactivate

Than you for the help, I eventually bought the elements upgrade from elements 11 to elements 14. It obviously solved the problem
