Cubase Element 9.5 Crash while initializing

Hi all,
Just bought Elements 9.5, installed it fully and activated it. Whenever I start the program it initalize and just disappear from the screen and from the task manager. The last thing I see down there on the left is something about GUI.
It happened to me before on my Elements 8 while loading the Halion Sonic SE but after uninstalling Halion it worked fine.
I tried installing updates, rolling back graphic card, updating graphic card, updating windows, disabling vst folders and running Cubase safe mod but still no success.

Currently running it on Windows 7 64bit with Intel i7 7700K 4.2Ghz, 16GB RAM, Radeon HD7700.

Make sure your plug-ins are up to date, please.

Could you share (via Dropbox) the crash dumps located in the Documents/Steinberg/crash dumps folder, please?
