Dear Sirs, I have a special copy of Cubebase Element 10.50. Can I upgrade it to Cubebase Pro for the celebrants or do I have to buy another copy?

I am not aware of special versions of Cubase Elements. Or are you talking about an Education version? Either way, you can upgrade both Cubase Element versions and you don’t have to buy a full version.
Do the celebrants have their own licenses?
You can update to Cubase Elements 14, or upgrade to Cubase Pro 14
Click the ‘Buy Cubase 14’ button on the main Cubase product page
…and select your product; then your current version number from the menus.
