By default you will get a Soft-eLicenser license. So the license is stored on the drive in your computer. Therefore you can’t use it on multiple computer. If you order USB-eLicenser and transfer the license to the USB-eLicenser (be aware, that you can’t go back to transfer from USBeLicenser to Soft-eLicenser), you can install Cubase to several computers. Where do you plug the USB-eLicenser with the license in, Cubase will start.
